SEATTLE, Wash.—January 14, 2010—NewPath Networks, an industry leader in the design, development and operation of fiber-fed DAS (distributed antenna system) wireless carrier networks, today announced the appointment of Palvi Mehta as its chief financial officer.

Mehta brings to NewPath more than 15 years of experience in the wireless, technology and manufacturing industries. She has held numerous senior financial management and operations positions with responsibility for taking companies from startup to significant revenue growth. In these positions, she has guided financial growth and strategic development, executed mergers and acquisitions, raised capital and debt, and has implemented various business and operational systems.

Prior to NewPath, Mehta was the CFO of RadioFrame Networks where she oversaw the company’s financial management and accounting function. At RadioFrame, she managed all areas of finance, production and administration for nearly a decade. Mehta also previously worked at Ernst & Young, where she provided management and financial consulting to clients in the finance and biotechnology sectors.

Mehta became a licensed certified public accountant while working at the San Francisco office of Ernst & Young. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988, where she earned a bachelor of science in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting and finance.
